ABOUT KATY
Katy Manley has more than 14 years of professional experience in cross-functional collaboration, working with C-Suite executives, facilitating groups through change, peer leadership, leadership development, change management, and IT-related transformations. She first became interested in coaching after experiencing severe burnout at work. Out of sheer desperation, she reached out to a coach. By working with a coach, she was able to challenge her perceptions, understand her patterns, and change her own behavior to better manage stress, effectively communicate, and establish realistic goals. That is what inspired her to become a coach and she is forever grateful to her coach.
